A professional career that began with kitchen design and led to her own personal chef & catering business makes Jaye Moore a standout in the culinary community. A Certified Chef, Jaye’s passion is to work with farm fresh foods to serve families memorable and sustainable cuisine, feeding both body and soul. Her flexibility and love of a challenge came from her mother Florence, also gifted in the kitchen.

From personalized meals for a private party of two – or a large family gathering – to a cocktail buffet or seated dinner for 100, her creative range of casual to formal has motivated her clients to return time and again.

One client asked if I could recreate her recently passed mother’s unique recipe of shrimp and grits and expand it to serve 30 at her son’s graduation party. I love a challenge like that!
