About Chef Jaye
Jaye has been a creative soul since day one, and for a decade now, has flourished as an amazing Chef. A background in theatre and a fulfilling career as a Certified Kitchen Designer has helped shape her for a successful performance in the kitchen. Each meal is a unique experience, and her talents really shine in customizing food to her clients.
She specializes in healthy food — but mostly in healthy souls. Developing personalized food, whether recreating an old family recipe, celebrating special occasions in your home, or cooking for a crowd on the farm, she can accomplish your culinary wishes. Her passion is to work with farm fresh foods and locally support the farmers to help feed families high quality and sustainable foods that provide the best nutrients for the body and soul, including those who require special dietary needs.
Jaye is a graduate of The International Culinary Schools at The Art Institute in Atlanta, Georgia. Jaye became a Certified Chef, graduating summa cum laude, as well as earning an Intermediate Wine Certification. She interned at Chez Panisse in Berkeley, California and has worked in restaurants, catering and as a personal & catering chef for the last 8 years. She has worked with some of the best chefs in Atlanta, cooked for Farm-to-Table dinners, provided food demos for wellness seminars, and developed menus for companies such as Garnish & Gather and provided hundreds of meals for specific and celebrated events. In 2010 Jaye created Jaye’s Cuisines, LLC, where she serves as creative director and executive chef and continues her education and memberships with ACF, APPCA, CKD, NKBA and SAG.
